2. Remove Old Seal Strip: Use specialized tools to carefully remove, avoiding scratches on groove surfaces.
3. Install New Seal Strip: Confirm seal strip direction (usually directional), evenly press into groove, ensure no warping.
4. Secure: Use pressing plates or bars to secure, check uniformity of clamping force.
5. Trial Run Verification: Run at low speed for 5 minutes, check for material leakage, resume normal production only after confirmation.
